El Artista-Elizabeth Soroka
Elizabeth Soroka is not your average artist. From her canvas art, art furniture to photography one realizes they have encountered a three dimensional artist. When I first saw one of her paintings, my initial reaction was the similarity to the works of artist, Frida Khalo. Taking a deeper look at her body of art, I knew she was her own artist.
Elizabeth is a self taught artist residing in Arizona whose talent for the surreal beauty of life is transformed from a mere emotion to a beautiful object of art. Her works have been featured in galleries, on book covers and in numerous publications. I was very proud to have her photography included in issues of The Nexxuss.
A visit to her website alone makes one feel as if they just strolled through a gallery, as it is expertly put together. A visual exploration of her art leaves one wanting to know more about the pieces. As a writer I compare her art to words in paint, visual tales of love, life, death and more.
I am pleased to call her friend and now share a few pieces of her art collection with you.

Thanks for the visit Tony!!!
There is a great deal of spirit that comes through here – and a great deal of passion. Very powerful.
Elizabeth is a a very passionate woman.. She’s a true artist..
Stirring and intimate. A hint of Khalo in it’s reflective surrealism. Love that first painting.
Thanks Sara.. I too love the first one.. It’s so raw and represents how many of us feel at times.
Thanks for the privilege. An interesting artist, and new to me.
